We have experience working with couples from all over, and we are happy to accommodate travel arrangements and offer a seamless experience for your destination wedding. 2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, we love helping with your engagement session!

From creating a specially tailored mood board to coordinating every detail—from poses to locations—we’ll make sure your session reflects your unique style and love story. We’re here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a relaxed and memorable experience.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable. If you reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate the new date. A R3500 rebooking fee will apply, and any other payments will be credited.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we offer both digital files and beautiful prints!

We love helping you bring your photos to life and work with professional printing services to ensure the highest quality. Whether you’d like prints, albums, or digital files, we’re here to make sure your memories are preserved in the best way possible.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes, we have our own talented videography team!

We work closely with our team to ensure your wedding day is captured seamlessly, combining both photography and videography for a cohesive storytelling experience.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely!

We love bringing your vision to life, so feel free to share any specific poses or shots you have in mind. We’re all about trying new things and making sure your day reflects the true essence of who you are.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course!

Let’s meet and share a moment before the session—I’d love to get to know you better. Whether it’s over a glass of wine via Teams or a cozy coffee in person, this time helps me connect with your story so I can capture it in the most authentic, magical way.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Digital processing of images will take approximately 8-10 weeks,

while video editing will take around 11-13 weeks. However, we’ll deliver a sneak peek within 24-48 hours after your wedding day to give you a little glimpse of the magic! We’ll keep you updated along the way and ensure everything is perfect for you.
